What do our Users Think of MyPTSMail?

Anyone can make claims about their product. The real question is how do our users feel about the easy access, utility, and stopping power of MyPTSMail as it relates to junk email and viruses. This includes Ads, fraud schemes, porn, viruses, phishing attempts and any other unsolicted bulk email.

"For years I had been frustrated with the huge stream of spam that was a daily occurrence. I tried my best to stop spam coming into my email box by staying off of bad sites and not opening emails from anyone but addresses I KNEW I wanted to hear from, but more and more spam seemed to find me and my family. It was even worse for my kids. It became obvious last year that I was fighting a losing battle and spending hours everyday looking up, identifying, reporting abuse, all to no avail. Without exaggeration, at least 75% of our email was spam or virus laden. I needed an email filter that would help put a stop to the spam. It had to be a product that was easy to install and easy to use, had good support, and was not too expensive. Not only did MyPTSMail fill all of my needs, but it exceeded them. Then they added all new features like the Instant Messenger and the Cell Phone Alert. Best of all I didnt have to do anything! I just signed up, go tmy new address and they run the filter to stop all the garbage. But they did not leave me on my own, they continue to do system upgrades and put in new pieces like Clamav to stop virus email and SPF to identify legitimate domains and stop spoofing. I may get a spam message every now and then but it sticks out like a sore thumb. PTSMail has made my email experience fun again and I would recommend PTSMail to anyone who needs an effective way to stop the spam and virus email that ruins their day."

"I have been a MyPTSMail customer since December 07' and so far I am digging the service! I still like yahoo and have 2 accounts with them, but I like how i can call up the MyPTSMail staff with any questions and actually get a real person. Most internet companies today automate their "contact us" system and i personally can't stand it. Not to mention they almost never provide a phone number. I feel like they are impenetrable or something. I also love my blog even tho i havent gotten the chance to do much with it yet. The cellular alerts feature is AWESOME! Thanks guys."
