Total Gym

I have been looking to integrate some strength training into my fitness routine lately as I mostly just walk. I used to lift weights when I was younger, but I wasn’t sure I wanted to do that any more. I see the commercials for the Total Gym all of the so I decided to try it. It was a good idea. I tried it for the first time yesterday and I must say I was impressed. The movements were smooth and it provided an excellent workout. I followed the beginners routine in the book at the lowest level and I enjoyed the workout. I think I can progress at a steady pace. I may not reach the highest level on it, but I do know that I will become more fit. At my age I want to be fit enough to stay active. Between the walking and the total gym I will be able to do that. I highly recommend this apperatus to anyone who wants a convenient way to improve their fitness.
