As I read a family biography about Frantisek and Anna Bilek’s journey to America, my nine year old grandson Colton David Bergt wanted to see a picture of Ellis Island. He remembered that in January 1892 his great-great-great grandparents arrived at Ellis Island, New York, America on a ship named Aller. Papa Bilek was 42 years old and Mama Bilek was 39. Colton lives in Texarkana, Texas on six generation land. Thank you Frantisek and Anna Bilek for your great leap of faith. Also, a special thanks to Don Cochran (cousin) for the research you have done for the family.
