I’ve been using Xtend for a few months, on and off, and I must say, it definitely makes a difference when taking it during and after lifting. After a few weeks of not using it, the first few scoops I had before, during, and after working out, I noticed a difference in overall drive and recovery. This product really does its job….and well.

Taste 9/10 Both green apple and blue raspberry are pretty good flavors, no complaints on those

Smell 7/10  Chemically smell but it smells pretty close to blue raspberry

Recovery 9/10 Did its job really well, provided good workout energy and good recovery

Cost 8/10 The cost is great for how much you get, depending on what size. 45 scoops for 20.00 on bodybuilding.com Only thing that could make it better is it being free!

Overall 8.5/10 Overall, great product, does its job, tastes good, great value.
