In addition to all these features of the email service you will also have access to another great communication tool - an Instant Messenger! You don't always have time to keep checking email. With our instant messenger you can turn it on and anyone with MyPTSMail that wants to IM you can. The tiny screen pops up with your instant message. Partial list of tests and options for filtering email: (Don't let this list scare you - You won't have to control it, we will. We will adjust some of the options to balance between allowing you as much freedom as possible and still maintaining the ability to filter out spam and virii.)

Invalid Mail Server Test - Makes sure your mail isn't being created by an automatic spam generator.

Greylisting - Rejects new addresses temporarily (real mail will continue trying to send but most spam will not).

Blacklists - A list of known spammers that can be rejected as soon as they try to contact you.

Recover lost email - If you lose mail we still have a copy and can retrieve it for you.

Retrieve or Rescue email identified as spam - If something is rejected but you think its good we can put it into your mailbox.

Keyword and text string filter - Rejects messages based on selected offensive,unwanted words or phrases.
