Consolidating all of the email accounts you have into your MyPTSMail Account is very straight forward. Contact support@myptsmail.com and let them know the email provider. It can be anyone, yahoo,gmail, aol, your work provider or all of them. Let them know if you want to remove the messages after they are moved to your MyPTSMail Account or leave them in place. When new messages come into these accounts they will be placed into your MyPTSMail Account. The format will show the messages the same way they would appear in the other providers mail system. The to address will show that provider. For example. If the message was addressed to user@yahoo.com you will see addressed that way in MyPTSMail. This will not only allow you to receive all of your mail in one place, but allow you transition off of the other email providers without missing any mail. All email coming in this way is checked for viruses and spam as well.
